Tourism is an especially dynamic economic sector that recently has been merged in a strong process of reconfiguration. Through an hypersegmentation, demand has acquired a especially relevant role in the configuration of tourist products. This document intends to show models of spatial analysis, to find new interpretations or fairest readings of the reality, more balanced and more optimized, in comparison with other territorial views, with the intention of making emerge new proposals better fitted to the needs of tourist demand. Thus, the question of research that this study aims to give answer to is the following: if it can be found any criteria for the development of the tourist destinations that can make permeable the administrative structures and in turn, prioritize criteria of product, market or demand, guaranteeing the maxim competitiveness and sustainability of the resulting tourist products.
